All of the Board of Directors and member representatives operate on a voluntary basis. CPLOL is now recruiting administrative staff. The individual will be required to carry out administrative duties, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Keep correspondence on the generic email<\/li><li>Assist members of the Board in administrative work<\/li><li>Assist the treasurer in accounts<\/li><li>Compilation of reports with material provided by the Board and Task Forces<\/li><li>Organise logistics for board meetings, task force meetings and General Assemblies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Good at managing databases<\/li><li>Experience at office management<\/li><li>Very good English speaking and writing skills<\/li><li>Can you use office software<\/li><li>Additional skills as assets: knowledge of French language<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The individual will be required to work 10 hours a week. The schedule is flexible and the individual may be required to work less hours in one week but more in another.
